ULSAN — The city of Ulsan is launching a broad public consultation on a planned overhaul of its city bus routes, which it aims to put into effect on July 1, 2027.
From the 26th through the 30th of next month, the city will conduct an online and offline survey to gather residents' views on a wide range of bus-related concerns and requested improvements, including new routes, the restoration of discontinued lines, route adjustments and service intervals.
Any resident can take part easily by scanning the QR code on informational notices or by using paper questionnaires available at district and county civil service offices.
The collected responses will be released in November and used as key baseline data for the route reform study set to begin the same month.
The city said it plans to reflect residents' voices actively to build a convenient and efficient public transit route system that people can feel in their daily lives.
