Com2uS (078340.KS) said on the 3rd that it is running a series of collaboration campaigns to mark the launch of "Zeus: God of Arrogance," a new massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Aburton and published by Com2uS.
The company first teamed up with convenience store chain Emart24 on five co-branded items built around the concept of "Jeyukss," a play on the game's Korean title "Zeus" and "jeyuk," a spicy stir-fried pork dish sold at convenience stores. Four items went on sale on the 2nd — a Big Double jeyuk and charcoal-grilled ribs rice ball, a half-and-half jeyuk and beef belly gimbap, gochujang jeyuk stir-fried noodles, and a New Half-and-Half Meat set meal — followed by a mayo flame-grilled jeyuk rice bowl starting on the 4th.
Each co-branded item comes with a game coupon. Registering the coupon earns "e24 coins" that vary by product, which players can exchange for in-game items such as a guaranteed rare-grade summon selection box or use to apply effects to their characters. Com2uS is also running a stamp event tied to the purchases, called the "Jeyukss Lv.UP Challenge." Players can enter the draw each time they collect three stamps, with tiered prizes going to a total of 100 winners.
The company is also running a campaign with Condition, a hangover-relief product from bio-health firm HK inno.N, and Saessakbori, a barley tea drink brand, under the slogan "Ride the Best Condition With Zeus." A limited run of 2,000 "Condition × Zeus: God of Arrogance Special Packs" is available first. Registering the "legend coupon" included in the pack can yield costumes of up to legendary grade, and the product is sold through Condition Mall, a NAVER Smart Store.
Saessakbori and Saessakbori Black products come with "Lucky Bori coupons." Players receive various in-game items and additional rewards depending on how many coupons they register in total. The products are available at convenience stores, HK inno.N's official online store Inno.N Mall and the Condition Mall NAVER Smart Store.
"Zeus: God of Arrogance" is an MMORPG set in a world fractured by the absolute power and arrogance of Zeus, the supreme god of Greek mythology. Players receive a share of divine power to confront the chaos, working through combat and character-growth content on a journey to become the strongest "vessel of a god."
