A fire broke out on the 13th floor of an apartment building in Sinhyeon-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, at around 7:06 p.m. on the 25th and was extinguished 50 minutes later.
No injuries were reported, and 25 people, including residents, evacuated on their own.
Firefighters dispatched to the scene deployed about 50 personnel and roughly 20 pieces of equipment, including pump trucks, and fully put out the blaze at around 7:56 p.m.
Fire authorities said they plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
