IS Dongseo (010780) will open the model house on the 2nd for Grand Lac Eileen's Garden, a 1,521-unit apartment complex in Yaeum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, and begin sales.
The complex is being developed by the Nam-gu B-14 District Housing Redevelopment Association with IS Dongseo (010780) as the builder, according to the presale industry on the 1st. Located around 350-5 Yaeum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, the project comprises 13 buildings ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, with 1,521 units in total. Unit sizes span 39 to 102 square meters of exclusive-use area, and 1,153 units will be offered to the general public after excluding association members' allocations and rental units.
The general offering consists of 255 units at 59 square meters, 139 units at 74 square meters, 709 units at 84 square meters and 50 units at 102 square meters. Small and mid-sized units of 84 square meters or less account for more than 96% of the general offering, with the 84-square-meter type the most numerous at 709 units.
Applications begin with special supply on the 14th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 15th and second-priority on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 22nd, with document submission running from the 28th through the 4th of next month. Formal contract signing is scheduled for three days from the 6th to the 8th of next month.
The area around Seonam Lake Park, where the complex will be built, is being reshaped into a residential district of roughly 10,000 homes as redevelopment and district unit planning projects proceed. With additional redevelopment supply added to existing newly built apartments, the area is seen as emerging as a new residential axis in Ulsan's Nam-gu. Seonam Lake Park is about 500 meters from the complex and within walking distance, while Ulsan Grand Park is reachable by car in about 10 minutes. Lotte Department Store's Ulsan branch is about 2.1 kilometers away, and residents can use the Samsan-dong commercial district, large discount stores and other major amenities in Nam-gu.
For schools, Seonam Elementary School is within walking distance, and the private academy district in Daehyeon-dong is about 1.7 kilometers away. Suam-ro, Sanup-ro, the Southern Circular Road and Beonyeong-ro provide access to major parts of Ulsan, and Taehwagang Station on the Donghae Line is about 2.6 kilometers away.
"Residents can use Nam-gu's established living infrastructure and Seonam Lake Park, and the complex stands out for offering a variety of community facilities in a large development of more than 1,500 units," a sales official said.
The model house will open along Samsan-ro in Nam-gu, Ulsan.
