CJ OliveNetworks said on the 17th that it will hire entry-level employees in its second-half 2026 recruitment drive.
The company is recruiting for 11 job categories: artificial intelligence, data, software, digital transformation, enterprise resource planning, information security, infrastructure services, cloud, network services, AI video product planning and education business. Applications will be accepted through the CJ Group recruitment website until 5 p.m. on Sept. 30.
For this round, the company overhauled its previous coding test and introduced an "AI competency assessment" for all positions. Applicants for development roles will take a "vibe coding test," which requires them to produce actual deliverables while working with AI. Those applying for non-development roles will take an "AI utilization test" that measures how effectively they use AI in work situations.
The hiring process consists of a document screening, the AI competency assessment, and first and second rounds of interviews. Candidates who pass the second interview will complete an internship of up to three weeks, with final selections confirmed in January 2027. CJ OliveNetworks plans to hold an online recruitment briefing on Sept. 28, featuring hiring managers and senior employees from each job area, to help applicants better understand the roles.
"We look forward to applications from people who want to grow with CJ OliveNetworks as it leads the AI transformation of industry, and who find new opportunities through AI and prove themselves with results," said Lee Yong-wook, head of human resources at CJ OliveNetworks.
More details on the entry-level hiring are available on the CJ OliveNetworks website and the CJ Group recruitment website.
