Samsung SDS (018260.KS) said on the 15th that it has become the first South Korean company to earn Select Tier partner status in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network (CPN). Select Tier status is granted to partners that have certified technical staff and have demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions for joint customers in live production environments. The designation follows the strategic partnership Samsung SDS signed with Anthropic at an AI summit in San Francisco in July this year.
Samsung SDS said it plans to expand its Claude-based AI services and agent development tailored to corporate clients' business needs, combining Anthropic's AI technology with the digital transformation and AI transformation (AX) experience it has accumulated across industries including the public sector, finance, manufacturing and logistics. To support that push, the company will systematically train applied AI engineers.
