Netmarble (251270.KS) said on the 24th that it will unveil special themes for its games "Seven Knights Re:BIRTH" and "MONGIL: STAR DIVE" in partnership with Samsung Electronics (005930.KS).
The collaboration was carried out to commemorate the release of Samsung Electronics' next-generation flagship foldable phones, the "Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8." In particular, the "Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra" delivers vivid graphics more clearly and dynamically with its wider display and optimal display ratio.
Netmarble's two special themes feature graphic visuals that maximize the unique appeal of each game. The Seven Knights Re:BIRTH theme was created as a "Lu Bu" costume theme, capturing the dynamic energy of racing across the screen accompanied by an intense engine sound on the lock screen and icons.
The MONGIL: STAR DIVE theme features "Mina" and "Narae," the game's core characters, portraying a cozy moment between the two sisters in a garden with petals fluttering. It naturally incorporates the everyday atmosphere characteristic of MONGIL: STAR DIVE through pastel color tones and stylish art.
The two special themes are offered as a special benefit for customers who purchase the new "Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8." Customers who purchase and activate the devices in Korea can access the special theme event page in the "Galaxy Store" and download the two themes until October 31.
To commemorate the collaboration, offline events will be held at five Samsung Store locations: Hongdae, Daejeon, Sangmu, Shinsegae Daegu, and Shinsegae Centum City. Visitors can download the special themes for free by tagging their Galaxy smartphones to NFC devices placed at Samsung Store sites until the 3rd of next month.
