DONGDUCHEON — The city of Dongducheon in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 2026 Dongducheon Yemaek Festival on the 29th from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Korea-U.S. Friendship Plaza in the Bosan-dong special tourist zone.
The festival, which links the 21st Dongducheon Comprehensive Arts Festival with performances from the Do Dream Music Center, will feature beer booths and hands-on activities such as making calligraphy scrolls. A silver orchestra and traditional Korean music performances begin at 3 p.m., followed by evening sets from Shin Hae-sol, Yeo Myung, Yang Hye-seung and Roy Kim.
The city will also run a payback event, offering draft beer coupons for receipts of 10,000 won or more and craft beer coupons for receipts of 15,000 won or more from local merchants.
