Stray Kids topped Billboard's main album chart, the Billboard 200, for a ninth consecutive time and set a new personal best on the Hot 100 singles chart, underscoring the group's global reach.
Billboard said on the 18th that the group's new EP, "THIS & THAT," reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week. Starting with "ODDINARY" in 2022, nine straight albums have topped the chart, including "★★★★★," "樂-STAR," "ATE," "KARMA" and "DO IT." It marks the first run of nine consecutive No. 1 albums in Billboard 200 history and the most chart-toppers by any group in the 21st century. Among all groups in Billboard history, it places the band in a tie for second with the Rolling Stones, behind the Beatles' 19.
The lead single of the same name, "THIS & THAT," debuted at No. 38 on the Hot 100, setting a new personal best. It is the group's sixth entry on the chart, following "LALALALA (樂)" in 2023, "LOSE MY BREATH," "Chk Chk Boom," "Ceremony" and "DO IT." The album also topped the Top Album Sales and World Albums charts for a ninth straight time, appearing on 17 Billboard rankings in total.

In South Korea, the album sold 3,289,269 copies in its first week, marking the group's fourth triple-million-selling release. It also ranked near the top of major global charts, including the U.K. Official Charts and those in France, Germany and Australia, confirming its competitiveness in the global music market beyond the United States.
Other K-pop artists also made their mark. On the Hot 100, Blackpink's Jennie held at No. 8, unchanged from the previous week, with "Dracula," a collaboration with Tame Impala, marking her 46th week on the chart. Katseye's "Animal" climbed five spots to No. 30 for a fifth consecutive week on the chart.
On the Billboard 200, BTS's "ARIRANG" placed at No. 21, the soundtrack to the Netflix animated film "KPop Demon Hunters" at No. 33, and Cortis's "GREENGREEN" at No. 110. Katseye's "Beautiful Chaos" ranked No. 121, and "SIS (Soft Is Strong)" No. 196.
Stray Kids will hold their "RUN IT" world tour concerts at Tokyo's National Stadium in Japan on the 29th and 30th. As the first overseas male act to headline a solo show at the venue, the group is expected to extend its influence in the global concert market, beyond its Billboard records.
