
Dong Wha Pharm has appointed director Kim Ji-yoon as the new head of its Health & Living Marketing Division, the company said Monday.
The Health & Living Marketing Division oversees the beauty marketing team and the health functional food marketing team under the Health & Living Headquarters. Kim will lead brand strategy development and marketing operations for Dong Wha Pharm's beauty and health functional food brands.
Kim began her career in 2008 as a part leader for color cosmetics brand managers (BM) at LG Household & Health Care, and went on to handle brand marketing at companies including Celltrion Skincure and Able C&C's Missha. In 2020, she joined Chong Kun Dang Health as a director of its cosmetics business division, leading the cosmetics business of the pharmaceutical affiliate. She graduated from Chung-Ang University with a degree in business administration and participated in 2018 in writing a cosmetics product planning strategy course for the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health & Welfare.
"Based on the brand marketing experience I have accumulated, I will build brands trusted by consumers in the beauty and health functional food sectors," Kim said.
