Hanwha Engineering & Construction and Hyundai Engineering & Construction will begin sales next month of 'Foréna Hillstate Jinju,' a 1,032-unit complex in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province.
According to Hanwha Engineering & Construction on the 21st, Foréna Hillstate Jinju will be supplied through the redevelopment project of the Ihyeon 1-5 zone, located in the area of 10-1 Ihyeon-dong, Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province. As a new apartment complex supplied through the region's first redevelopment project and a large complex delivered through a consortium of major construction firms, interest from end-users is expected to be high.
The complex comprises eight buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 35 above-ground stories, with a total of 1,032 units in exclusive-use areas of 59 to 110 square meters. By exclusive-use area, the complex includes 232 units of 59 square meters, 245 units of 72 square meters, 487 units of 84 square meters, and 68 units of 110 square meters. Of these, 398 units ranging from 59 to 84 square meters are for general sale.
The Ihyeon-dong area, part of Jinju's original downtown living zone, is well equipped with infrastructure including education, transportation, and culture. It is close to the Seojinju Interchange, allowing easy access to cities such as Sacheon and Changwon, and the KTX Jinju Station is within about 20 minutes. Students can commute to schools such as Chokseok Elementary School and Daea Middle and High School, and living infrastructure such as E-Mart and Galleria Department Store, as well as medical facilities including Gyeongsang National University Hospital, are nearby.
The design applies a four-bay flat-plate layout to all 59-square-meter units, and community facilities including 1.6 parking spaces per household, a guest house, screen golf, and a fitness club will be created. The promotion hall is located at 205-3 Pyeonggeo-dong, Jinju, and the model house will open in August at 776-43 Juyak-dong.
