The second week of July, ahead of the summer off-season, is expected to be quiet, with only one complex totaling 398 units nationwide accepting subscription applications.
According to R114 on Saturday, one project, "Triven Gimhae," will accept subscriptions this week in the area of 243-1 Nae-dong, Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province. The complex, supplied by Doosan Enerbility, consists of six buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 30 above-ground floors, with a total of 398 units of 84 to 217 square meters in exclusive area. The site allows walking access to Yeonjigongwon Station on the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit, and vehicle travel is convenient via Gimhae-daero and Geumgwan-daero. The residential environment is pleasant thanks to its proximity to Gimhae Yeonji Park, Gimhae's largest lake park, and Mount Gyeongun, while living convenience is high with Homeplus, CGV, Gimhae Arts and Sports Center, and the courthouse nearby. Uam Elementary School, Naedong Elementary and Middle Schools, and the Naeoe district academy area are also close.

Model houses will open all at once on the 10th. "Hoban Summit Pungmu III," a complex of up to 29 above-ground floors with a total of 660 units of 59 and 84 square meters in exclusive area, being built in the area of 458 Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, will open its model house for prospective subscribers. It draws attention as a supply in the Gimpo Pungmu station area, which is emerging as a new residential area in the Gimpo-Geomdan region, and as the center of the "Hoban Summit Brand Town" being developed by Hoban Construction across three blocks. In Sang-dong, Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province, "Centreville Asterium Geoje," a large complex of 10 buildings up to 29 above-ground floors with 1,307 units of 84 and 99 square meters in exclusive area, will also open its model house and begin its subscription in earnest.
