The G-STAR Organizing Committee has partnered with limited-edition trading platform KREAM to broaden the reach of G-STAR 2026, South Korea's largest gaming expo.
The committee said on the 1st that it will hold its first pop-up store from that day through the 6th at Iconic Square on the fourth floor of Hyundai Department Store's Pangyo branch, marking the launch of the G-STAR 2026 Special Pass developed with KREAM.
The Special Pass is an exclusive bundle package consisting of a BTC admission ticket, a keyring and promotional cards from a collaboration with the webtoon "Yumi's Cells," and a KREAM voucher. The Pangyo pop-up store will be the first place to buy the KREAM-exclusive Special Pass in person, at an early-bird price discounted up to 33% from the list price.
A range of hands-on programs has also been prepared for visitors. A Hyundai Motor sim-racing experience zone will let visitors feel the dynamism of mobility esports firsthand, offering a distinctive blend of the gaming and automotive industries. The event will also unveil official merchandise and "Yumi's Cells" collaboration goods, which served as the key visual for G-STAR 2026, alongside on-site giveaways of Special Passes and invitation tickets.
"Through this partnership with KREAM, a trend-driven trading platform, we are able to offer G-STAR fans a differentiated exclusive package," an official at the G-STAR Organizing Committee said. "Starting with the September pop-up store in Pangyo, including the Hyundai Motor sim-racing experience zone, we will deliver even richer attractions through to the main event in Busan in November."
G-STAR 2026 will run from November 19 to 22 at BEXCO in Busan.
