Douzone Bizon said on the 24th that it will fully adopt Anthropic's artificial intelligence (AI) "Claude," centered on its development organization.
The rollout targets all staff in development, planning, and design roles. The scope of use has been set differently for each role to match the nature of their work. Development staff will use Claude across the entire development process, including code generation, code review, debugging, software testing, and technical documentation. Planning and design staff will apply the AI to requirements definition, functional specification writing, data analysis, idea generation, and documentation. The company's goal is to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and allow employees to focus on high-value-added work.
Douzone Bizon (012510) expects that adopting Claude within its development organization will also help enhance its external business capabilities. Douzone Bizon currently has embedded its AI service "ONE AI" across enterprise business systems, including its enterprise resource planning (ERP) program, groupware, and document management. The company plans to build a structure that immediately reflects the AI utilization know-how gained from using Claude during development work into product enhancements.
The company also prepared security and governance systems for safe AI use. Douzone Bizon established internal data protection standards and AI usage guidelines to block security risks in advance. It also plans to run role-specific training and programs to share best practice cases.
