Incheon will hold the "2026 Incheon Job Festival" at Incheon City Hall on Sunday, conducting on-site recruitment for 30 companies. The recruitment scale for the day is 333 people.
The event runs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. At the on-site recruitment hall set up in the central lobby on the first floor of City Hall, human resources managers from 30 companies will sit one-on-one with job seekers. Everything from interviews to recruitment counseling takes place in one location. No advance registration is required. Anyone can participate as long as they bring a resume.
A youth employment briefing will be held simultaneously in the conference hall on the second floor. A special lecture by employment expert "Hwang In, the God of Employment" will open the session. Regional public enterprises including Incheon International Airport Corporation, Incheon Port Authority, Incheon Urban Development Corporation, and Incheon Transit Corporation will then take the stage one after another. Biotech firms representing Incheon, including Celltrion and Sartorius Korea, will also personally introduce their recruitment plans and ideal candidate profiles.
Experience programs to help with job preparation will also be provided. The central lobby will offer artificial intelligence (AI) caricatures and resume photo shoots, while the conference hall will provide image consulting and youth policy guidance.
This event is the second of the "2026 Incheon Job Fair," held three times this year. It has been organized in an integrated format spanning from youth to middle-aged job seekers. Incheon is co-hosting the event with the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office and the Incheon Northern Employment and Labor Branch Office.
Kim Sang-gil, head of Incheon's Economy and Industry Headquarters, said, "This is an opportunity for any citizen to communicate directly with companies and obtain practical employment information," adding, "We will continue to expand field-centered employment support."
