Hana Financial Group will hire about 230 people in the second half of this year, adding a separate recruitment track for candidates from Incheon to coincide with the relocation of its integrated headquarters to Cheongna in the city.
Hana Bank said on the 14th that it is accepting applications for its 2026 second-half recruitment until 6 p.m. on the 28th. The hiring will be conducted through several tracks — HanAXpert, regional talent, the Incheon Hana partnership track, Hana Green Leaders for discharged military officers, and NEXT CAREER for experienced full-time hires — with about 230 people to be selected in total.
The most notable addition is the new Incheon Hana partnership track. Prompted by the move of the group's integrated headquarters to Cheongna, the bank will separately recruit top candidates from the Incheon area. By adding an Incheon track to its existing regional hiring for the Yeongnam, Chungcheong and Honam regions, the bank aims to strengthen locally rooted financial services and broaden its ties with the community.
The bank is also introducing HanAXpert, a track for candidates with specialized job skills. The name combines "Hana," "AI Transformation" and "Expert," and the track selects candidates who will develop in specialized roles matched to their academic background and capabilities from the moment they join.
Recruitment is divided into six tracks: investment banking, credit review and risk (corporate finance); pensions, trusts and wealth management (retail finance); funding and foreign exchange; global business; AI and data finance; and regional talent.
The bank is also broadening the pool of candidates. It has created the Hana Green Leaders track for discharged military officers and will run an internship track linked to hiring from vocational high schools.
The hiring process consists of document screening, a written test, an interview with working-level staff and a final interview. Successful applicants will report to the Hana Global Campus in Cheongna, Incheon, in late November for new employee training.
An official at Hana Bank said the recruitment is being carried out "to bring in people who will help achieve our vision of 'finance for everyone, connected as one,'" adding that the bank looks forward to strong interest from candidates who will lead the future of finance.
