
More than 11,000 new homes go on sale nationwide in the third week of September. Applications open at 10 complexes, including Cheonan I'PARK CITY Blocks 3 and 4 in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, and Uijeongbu Ujeong District A2 in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do, while model houses open one after another in areas such as Bundang in Seongnam and Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do.
A total of 11,521 units, including 10,490 for general public allocation, will begin presales at 10 complexes nationwide in the third week of September, according to Real Estate 114 on the 13th.
HDC Hyundai Development Company will open applications for Cheonan I'PARK CITY Blocks 3 and 4 in Budae-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, on the 15th. Once Buseong Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 opens, targeted for 2029, travel to Seoul and major parts of the greater Seoul area will become easier, and car access is convenient via the Cheonan interchange. The site is close to the Cheonan No. 2, 3 and 4 general industrial complexes, putting homes near workplaces. Cheonan Seongseong 3 Elementary School is set to be built right next to the complex, and Buseong Middle School and Oseong High School are nearby.
Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) will begin presales for Uijeongbu Ujeong District A2 in Nokyang-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do, from the 16th. Presale prices in the main application round range from 382.07 million won to 404.19 million won for a standard 59-square-meter unit. Uijeongbu residents receive 100% priority supply, giving them a higher chance of selection. There is no mandatory residency period, while resale is restricted for three years and re-selection is barred for 10 years. Move-in is scheduled for May 2029.
Hyundai Engineering & Construction will open applications for Hillstate Songpa The Grid, a residential officetel, in Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 14th. The complex will comprise 10 buildings ranging from four basement levels to 16 floors above ground, with 1,393 units of 34 to 119 square meters. Residents can use Bokjeong Station, served by Subway Line 8 and the Suin-Bundang Line, with easy access to major business districts including Jamsil, Munjeong and Pangyo. Hyundai Motor Group's HMG Future Complex, a future technology research base, is set to be built near the site, and amenities such as Garden Five and Starfield City Wirye are also available. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply, regardless of where they live, whether they hold a housing subscription savings account or whether they own a home.
Daewoo Engineering & Construction will hold first-priority applications for Dujeong Station Prugio Grand Peak in Seongjeong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, on the 15th. The complex comprises 10 buildings ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with 1,438 units of 59 to 114 square meters. Residents can use Dujeong Station and Cheonan Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, and car access is convenient via Beonyeong-ro, Dongseo-daero and the Cheonan interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway. Samsung Display's Cheonan campus and the Cheonan No. 2, 3 and 4 general industrial complexes are nearby, placing homes close to workplaces, and infrastructure such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Shinsegae Department Store and Dankook University Hospital is also within reach.
Model houses will open at five sites, including The Sharp Bundang Highest in Jeongja-dong, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, and Hillstate Godeok Elyst in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do. The Sharp Bundang Highest sits near Jeongja Station on the Shinbundang and Suin-Bundang lines, close to major workplaces such as Naver and Pangyo Techno Valley. The area offers ample infrastructure including E-Mart, a cafe street, Tancheon stream and Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, and Singi Elementary School, Jeongja Middle School and Hansol High School are within walking distance.
