Hankook & Company (000240) Group is recruiting what it calls "Proactive Leaders" to drive the group's future.
The group said on the 9th that it will hold separate open recruitment drives for new graduates in the second half of this year at Hankook & Company, its operating holding company, and at core affiliate Hankook Tire & Technology (161390).
Hankook Tire is accepting applications from the same day through the 27th across 27 job categories, including research and development, manufacturing and production, corporate support, and sales and marketing. Hankook & Company will select new hires from the 23rd of this month through October 5 across seven job categories spanning corporate support, safety production technology, quality, and supply chain management.
Applicants must have graduated from a four-year university or higher and meet language requirements, or be scheduled to graduate in February 2027. International students are also eligible.
The hiring process consists of a document screening, an online aptitude test known as HKAT, first- and second-round interviews, and a pre-employment medical check. Successful candidates are expected to join the companies in January 2027.
Both companies will hold online and offline recruitment briefings to strengthen communication with prospective applicants, recruiting participants in advance through the job information platform Catch.
Hankook Tire will hold an online briefing on the 10th of this month and small-group job mentoring sessions with current employees from each field on the 18th. Hankook & Company will hold an online briefing on the 14th, followed by an offline session on the 17th.
Hankook & Company Group operates a range of systems and programs designed to encourage all employees, from new hires to executives, to think ambitiously and act on their own initiative, based on the group's own "Proactive Culture" that Chairman Cho Hyun-bum has emphasized.
"Through this open recruitment, we plan to select outstanding talent who will lead the global high-tech mobility industry," an official at Hankook & Company Group said. "We expect people with expertise and a willingness to take on challenges to demonstrate their capabilities and help drive the company's future growth."
