HS Hwaseong (002460.KS) said on the 7th that its pet-focused housing line, FIT WITH PET, has been selected for Good Design Korea 2026.
FIT WITH PET adapts the builder's premium FIT Package to households living with companion animals. The FIT Package is a solution that bundles interior design, kitchens, bathrooms, storage, lighting and custom layouts according to a buyer's preferences.
Applied at Beomeo Station Park Dream DIA:R, FIT WITH PET features functions and design that account for the daily routines of pets and their owners, from the living space to movement within the complex. Inside each unit, the package includes a washbasin dedicated to pets, along with finishes resistant to scratches and impact. Floors use stone flooring with slip resistance and shock absorption, walls are fitted with stone board, and a partition door has been installed to manage pets moving between rooms.
Within the complex, unused space beneath the piloti has been turned into a pet playground. Leash holders have been installed in the underground parking garage so that pets can be kept secure while getting in and out of vehicles. Elevators are equipped with a "pet button" that lets residents indicate a pet is on board, adding convenience for pets and their owners alike.
Including this award, HS Hwaseong has won 28 design awards since 2008. In 2024 and 2025, it won Germany's iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award as well as the U.S. IDEA Design Award, becoming the first mid-tier Korean builder to sweep all three of the world's major design awards.
