Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) will supply 792 public presale homes in Block A-26 of the Yangju Hoecheon district in Gyeonggi Province. LH said on the 27th that it is issuing a public notice to recruit occupants for the complex.
By exclusive floor area, the offering consists of 394 units at 59 square meters, 168 units at 74 square meters and 230 units at 84 square meters. LH said it centered the mix on small and mid-sized units so that a range of buyers — from young adults and newlyweds to households with children — could find a suitable option. The floor plans feature a four-bay layout and added storage space.
The presale price is about 13 million won per 3.3 square meters. Average presale prices by unit size are in the 350 million won range for the 59-square-meter type, the 430 million won range for the 74-square-meter type and the 480 million won range for the 84-square-meter type.
Within the Yangju Hoecheon district, the complex lies within 500 meters walking distance of Deokjeong Station. The station is served by Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, and the Great Train Express (GTX)-C line is scheduled to open there. LH said that once GTX-C begins service, travel to major Seoul destinations such as Cheongnyangni Station and Samseong Station is expected to take less than 30 minutes.
For road access, the North Yangju interchange is one kilometer away, providing entry to the Second Seoul Ring Expressway. The site is also near the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, National Route 3 and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway, allowing travel across Yangju as well as to Seoul, Uijeongbu, Paju and Namyangju.
Residents can use existing infrastructure such as commercial and educational facilities in the Yangju Deokjeong and Okjeong districts, while urban infrastructure within the Hoecheon district is being expanded in stages. Green space and a pedestrian environment are being developed around the Cheongdam stream next to the complex, and Cheonbo Mountain, Bulgok Mountain and Dokbawi Park are nearby. For schools, an elementary school and a kindergarten are planned for the Hoecheon district south of the complex.
Applications will be accepted for special supply on the 14th and 15th of next month, followed by general supply on the 16th and 17th. Winners will be announced in October, and contracts will be signed in December. Move-in is scheduled for October 2029.
