LG CNS (064400.KS) said on the 10th that it will hire more than 100 entry-level employees in the second half of the year across nine job categories, including artificial intelligence and robotics.
Applications are open through the 14th of this month for positions spanning the company's main businesses: AI, robotics, consulting, digital transformation (DX) engineering, cloud application modernization (AM), architecture, enterprise resource planning (ERP), smart factory and convergence engineering.
Employees in AI roles will design and build AI models and services tailored to client businesses, planning specialized agentic AI services across industries including finance, the public sector, manufacturing and logistics. The robotics roles, which LG CNS says will drive its future growth, involve deploying robots at manufacturing and logistics sites and testing whether next-generation robot technologies can be applied in the field.
Consulting hires will develop AI transformation (AX) and DX strategies for client companies. DX engineers will build core systems and services for industries such as digital finance, the public sector and telecommunications.
Anyone with a bachelor's degree or higher who has information technology skills can apply regardless of major, including students scheduled to graduate in February 2027. LG CNS said it will give preference to applicants with relevant experience and expertise in each of the nine job categories.
The hiring process consists of a document screening, a written test, a practical interview and a final interview. The written test combines an aptitude assessment with a new CNS-specific test designed to gauge both interest in the latest technology trends and the ability to use AI. All applicants will be assessed on their understanding of global technology and industry trends, while the generative AI proficiency test will be split into coding and planning tracks depending on the job applied for.
