
LG Uplus (032640.KS) is building a system to manage the performance and safety of AI agents in partnership with Arize AI, a global artificial intelligence operations management company.
LG Uplus said it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Arize AI to cooperate on performance evaluation, error analysis and safety inspection technologies for AI agents.
Arize AI is an AI operations management company that measures the performance of generative AI and AI agents and analyzes their errors. It provides AI service quality management solutions across a range of industries, including telecommunications, finance, manufacturing and retail.
The two companies agreed to jointly review Korean-language and voice-based AI evaluation technologies. They will also cooperate on developing safeguard technologies that prevent AI from producing inaccurate or improper answers. In addition, they plan to explore joint business opportunities in AI operations management in the domestic business-to-business market.

"Through our partnership with Arize AI, we will strengthen our AI operations management capabilities and provide AI services that customers can trust."
