DAEGU — The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority (DGFEZ) said on the 3rd that it held a CEO forum and investment briefing at a Seoul hotel on the 2nd, jointly with the Foreign Companies Association in Korea (FORCA).
At the event, DGFEZ introduced the free economic zone's investment climate and corporate support programs to about 60 participants, including FORCA member companies and heads of major global firms, and held a networking session.
Rather than a one-way briefing, the authority spoke directly with the executives to hear their views on investment trends and demand.
"We will keep expanding our points of contact with global companies and continue follow-up exchanges so that this leads to tangible investment," said Kim Hee-seok, acting commissioner of DGFEZ.
