A call to the 112 emergency line on the 26th said a man in women's clothing had entered a girls' high school in Wonju, according to police on the 28th.
Officers who responded to the scene reviewed closed-circuit television footage and found that a person had entered through an unlocked door at about 4:50 p.m. the previous day. The person walked around each floor of the school for roughly 40 minutes.

Police found no criminal offense and plan to close the case.
A similar incident occurred at another school in Gangwon Province. Signs of a comparable intrusion were detected at a middle school in Wonju's Bangok neighborhood, but a police investigation found that a man had entered the building because he urgently needed a restroom.
