Genome & Company (314130.KQ) will present research data on its key pipeline assets at a global antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) conference and hold talks on licensing deals and joint development.
The company said on the 15th that it will attend World ADC San Diego, to be held in San Diego from Oct. 12 to 15. World ADC is the world's largest conference dedicated to ADCs, drawing more than 1,300 participants from pharmaceutical and biotech companies and research institutions worldwide.
At the conference, Genome & Company will present development updates on its novel-target ADC pipeline, including GENA-104 ADC, GENA-120 and GENB-120, along with selected findings from data it has already compiled. The company also plans to meet with multiple potential partners to discuss possible cooperation, including technology licensing and joint development.
Genome & Company has been expanding its pipeline through GNOCLE, its proprietary platform for discovering novel targets. Assets under in-house development include GENA-104 ADC, which targets the novel target CNTN4; GENA-120, a monoclonal antibody ADC targeting the novel target ITGB4; and GENB-120, a bispecific antibody ADC that targets both ITGB4 and TROP2.
After completing licensing deals in 2024 and 2025, the company is pursuing drug development with a goal of licensing out at least one pipeline asset each year at the preclinical stage. At World ADC, it plans to expand business development opportunities through discussions with potential partners.
