Hyundai Glovis (086280) is hiring new graduates for the second half of the year.
The company said on the 3rd that it is accepting applications for its second-half 2026 entry-level recruitment through the 13th of this month.
The openings span all of the company's business areas, including logistics (freight forwarding and industrial goods logistics), shipping (car carrier operations, project cargo scheduling, and LNG carrier business and vessel management), distribution (knock-down parts, international trade and trading), information technology, corporate support and strategic planning.
Applicants must hold or expect to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree and must have a certified English proficiency score, such as TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking or OPIc. Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt.
The hiring process will include an artificial intelligence-based competency assessment designed to gauge whether applicants have the skills needed for the job and whether those skills match the position they applied for. Using strategy games and video interviews, the test analyzes how applicants think and solve problems, then uses the resulting data to predict job fit and performance potential.
Hyundai Glovis is also holding on-campus recruiting fairs to give applicants more detailed information. The first was held at Yonsei University on the 1st, and a second is scheduled for Sungkyunkwan University on the 8th.
