Neurophet (380550), a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) for brain disease diagnosis and treatment, is set to expand cooperation with global pharmaceutical companies by showcasing its AI-based brain imaging analysis technology at the world's largest Alzheimer's disease academic conference.
Neurophet said Tuesday that it will participate in the Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC 2026), to be held in London, England, from July 12 to 15.
At the conference, Neurophet will present "Neurophet AQUA AD Plus," a comprehensive brain imaging analysis solution that supports the prescription of Alzheimer's disease treatments. Neurophet AQUA AD Plus is software that quantitatively analyzes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) images to assess a patient's prescription eligibility before treatment, monitor side effects during treatment, and analyze treatment efficacy after treatment, supporting imaging-based decision-making throughout the entire Alzheimer's treatment process.
At its booth, the company will also display "Neurophet AQUA," a brain neurodegeneration imaging analysis software, and "Neurophet SCALE PET," a PET imaging quantitative analysis software.
Using AAIC 2026 as an opportunity, Neurophet is pursuing partnerships to expand its imaging biomarker analysis business targeting global pharmaceutical and biotech companies and potential clients. In particular, the company plans to focus on introducing its Imaging Core Lab (ICL) service, which analyzes neuroimaging biomarkers used as key indicators in clinical trials for developing Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease treatments.
"Neurophet AQUA AD Plus is seeing growing demand, centered on major medical institutions at home and abroad, in the field of imaging analysis for prescribing Alzheimer's disease treatments," said Bin Jun-gil, co-CEO of Neurophet. "Using AAIC 2026 as an opportunity, we will further expand strategic partnerships with global big pharma and contract research organizations (CROs)."
Meanwhile, AAIC is the world's largest international academic conference in the field of dementia and Alzheimer's disease, where dementia researchers, neurologists, and pharmaceutical and biotech company officials from around the world gather to share the latest research achievements and treatment technologies.
