
Hyundai Engineering & Construction (000720.KS) is accelerating efforts to build future-oriented smart homes for the hyper-personalization era through digital housing solutions powered by generative artificial intelligence (AI).
Hyundai E&C said it will officially launch its "Generative AI Sales Consultant" service starting with "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky," which begins new sales on the 19th. Unlike the scenario-based chatbots previously used in the construction industry, this service was developed based on ChatGPT technology. It features no restrictions on questions and can respond naturally in everyday language.
Frequently changing real estate laws and subscription policies are also immediately reflected in the system, enhancing the reliability of responses. The service also provides real-time calculations of complex subscription point scores. Since Hyundai E&C developed it in-house, it will be applied across multiple channels, ranging from offline model houses to its website and the "my HILLS" and "my THE H" integrated platforms. Consultations are available 24 hours a day.
Notably, the same service will be provided at all of Hyundai E&C's sites. Last year, Hyundai E&C became the first in Korea's construction industry to introduce a voice-recognition AI consultant service at its model houses. It underwent a sufficient verification period, applying the service at numerous sites including "Hillstate Dunsan" and "Hillstate Seonam Lake Park."
Along with this launch, Hyundai E&C also unveiled its AI housing innovation roadmap. It covers the entire housing process, from pre-move-in sales consulting to post-move-in living convenience. The roadmap consists of three stages: the "Generative AI Sales Consultant," which resolves sales and subscription inquiries in real time; the "AI Home Life Service," which maximizes residential space control by linking with the integrated platform app; and the "Hyper-Personalized Assistant Service," which connects with concierge services based on lifestyle data.
Once the AI advancement is complete, residents will be able to experience customized services tailored to their living patterns through the integrated platform, including complaint handling, apartment management, energy management, mobility services, subscription-based home services, and leisure life curation.
"This launch of the Generative AI Sales Consultant is not simply the introduction of a guidance system, but the first step toward the future-oriented AI residential life that Hyundai E&C will lead," a Hyundai E&C official said. "We will lead hyper-personalized services through a unique digital housing culture in which space, technology, and services are organically combined."
