LS (006260.KS) has organized a series of events to provide diverse entertainment for its employees and their families in celebration of May, Korea's Family Month.
LS said Thursday that it held a "Filial Piety Feast" on May 8 at LS Mirae Won in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, inviting employees and their parents. Under the theme "A Gift for the Greatest Hero in My World," the program was arranged for the parents of employees and their spouses. Participants took family photos and enjoyed programs such as "Memory Workshop" and "Happy Banquet," where families could watch performances, share meals, and build memories together.
LS also held a "Children's Day Family Event Happy Camp" on May 2 at LS Mirae Won for employees and their children. Under the theme "A Gift for the Most Precious Treasure in My World," the event featured magic shows, recreation activities, bubble experiences, craft activities, cotton candy and popcorn making, face painting, caricatures, and instant photo sessions. Outdoor activities including air bounces, viking rides, and rope playgrounds were also arranged for parents and children to enjoy together.
Since last month through November, LS has also been operating the "Mirae Won Hue-kend" program, utilizing lodging facilities within LS Mirae Won for employees' families.
"We hope that time spent with family will lead to recharging and boost the pride and morale of our members," an LS official said. "We will continue to expand family-friendly programs to create an organizational culture where work and family are in harmony."
