KT (030200.KS) is introducing a platform that lets companies automate work by connecting artificial intelligence agents to their existing business systems.
The company said on the 27th that it is unveiling Agentic On, an agentic AI platform that helps businesses create AI agents themselves and apply and run them in actual operations.
Agentic On is designed to let companies adopt AI agents while keeping the data, business systems and AI models they already have. Rather than building a separate new system, users connect AI to their existing environment to create and operate agents optimized for each company's work.
The platform links internal documents and data so AI can draw on them, and provides integrated management of AI models and agents. Companies can assemble the functions they need without complex programming, building AI agents suited to specific business purposes.
Several AI agents can also divide roles to handle a single task. Different agents carry out each step — document review, approval requests and data entry into business systems — and the work is linked to existing systems to produce a final result.
The platform also includes security features that manage rights to access and run company data and AI. It manages permissions for data, AI models and agents according to company policy, and provides safeguards to protect personal information and prevent erroneous responses.
"We will support the application of Agentic On across a wide range of corporate environments rather than limiting it to a particular industry, driving business innovation and productivity gains," KT said.
