Coupang said on the 29th that cumulative sales through "Good Store," a program it runs to help small business owners in Jeonbuk State expand their sales channels, reached 200 billion won ($143 million) from 2022 through last year. Since 2022, Coupang has partnered with Jeonbuk State and the Jeonbuk Institute for Economy and Trade Promotion to run special showcases for premium Jeonbuk products within Good Store.
About 450 Jeonbuk companies have taken part in the showcases so far. The participating businesses have offered some 8,700 products across categories ranging from agricultural and food items such as fruit, vegetables and grains to fashion, beauty and household goods. "Good Store serves as a reliable sales channel for the growth of local small business owners, and we will continue working to create new growth opportunities for them online," a Coupang official said.
